Jenny is a seasoned management consultant and educator with deep expertise at the intersection of organizational performance, human capital, and finance. Her expertise and interest in artificial intelligence is from both an educational and practitioner perspective. She is the founder of JAM Group, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in strategy, leadership, and performance improvement and serves as an Associate Professor of Management and Finance at Midland University. Previously, she was the inaugural director of Bellevue University’s Human Capital Lab where she led groundbreaking research on measuring the impact of investments in organizational human capital.
